These white LED candles do not produce any heat and are operated by standard AAA batteries. You can therefore use rechargeable or standard batteries which give you a minimum battery life of 180 hours (with batteries of good quality). We took special care with the flickering flame for this LED candle; the two diodes placed in a siliconed bulb guarantee a subtle and constant movment.
