IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

 

Yes, yes, yes your online payment is completely secure. The transaction system is securely operated by the bank CIC, all your bank details are encrypted instantly (SSL technology) and registered at the secure payment server of CIC; therefore they will not be known by us.

 

 

HOW DO I KNOW YOU ARE USING A SECURE SYSTEM?

Two ways: a secure transaction is controlled by two things...

1)   the presence of an image of a closed padlock
2)   the address of the website begins https:// at the moment of transaction.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We are dependent on the post, which is usually quite good. It will take between 2-5 days from the moment we receive payment for the order (payment by card is much quicker than payment by cheque) to receive your COLISSIMO.

Delivery is free for any order over 40€.  (ONLY FOR METROPOLITAN FRANCE, MONACO and ANDORA)

 

ANY PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY? (wrong products, forgot an item, items are damaged...)

If the outside of the package is in poor condition (squashed or broken...) you have to option to refuse the delivery. You will only need to notify your postman. The post will send it back to us. If the problem is with the products or the quality, do not hesitate to contact 'customer service' on 0033 6 09 25 81 01 or send us a message to info@bloolands.com.

 

OUT WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES?

If you aren't home the day your delivery is due, you will find in your mailbox: a note from the postman; you will then have to pick up your package from the nearest post office within a few days.

 

AND WHAT ON EARTH ARE LEDs?

LED means Light-Emitting Diode (LED). An LED bulb is an electric component  capable of producing light when it is run by an electric current. 

Its advantages compare to incandescent bulbs are many: 

an exceptional resistance to chocks and vibrations, your LED candle can fall, the bulb will still be working. We tried it many times...

The life expectancy of the LED bulb is far longer than any other bulb (50 000 to 100 000 hours). You won't ever have to change your BLOOlands candle bulb! 

A very low electrical consumption, which, with our batteries, will offer you long life candles. Some examples: the POP UP candle holder and the dinner candle, 400 hours minimum; BOOL and BARROCO, 180 hours minimum. 

 

WHY CHOOSE LED CANDLES?

Like everyone else, we like the heat and the aroma of a real candle but who has never cursed the wind that blows out your flame or against the wax that drips on your tablecloth... raise your hand... neither rain nor wind will extinguish our luminous decorations!

This is why we offer candles made of real wax to keep the pleasure of the wax without the inconvenience of combustion and heat.

The LED candles do not produce heat: no more danger to children or pets. If you forget to turn them off before bed... no more drama!  

Without combustion, there is no toxic gas produced due to poor quality wax and you will be able to enjoy the soft light of the LED candle without health risks.

 

AND THE LOGOS??? 

ROHS : The european directive RoHs (2002/95/CE) Is aiming to limit the use of six dangerous substances (including lead, mercury and cadmium)

 

RoHS means Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment.

All our products are marked ROHS, they can be used without any risks.

 

CE : This logo marks the product conformity to the health and safety requirements demanded by the European directives. Our candles are also marked CE.
